How do I arrange to return an item

Solution The first thing you should do is contact our online helpdesk and submit a new support ticket informing us of the reason for returning the item.
You should include order number, the website you ordered from and also your name and address. Failing to include this basic information can cause a delay.

Simply return the order to the address found on the receipt inside your order, you should always check this address first as it may have been shipped direct from one of our many suppliers. In this case the order will be returned to the supplier.

Please include all relevant paperwork including support ticket reference.
