Returns policy

Solution In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to return any unused & unopened orders to us within 7 days for a refund (minus postage costs).

Please note, the item must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition. If the product is heat sealed for example and you have removed the product from the wrapper a refund will not be granted, This does not effect faulty items.

Unless faulty we will not take returns for hygiene reasons on any form of lingerie & clothing containing underwear, this includes swimwear.

If we suspect you have used any product before returning it to us we will return the product to you.

Butler White is not responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a secure service such as recorded delivery.
